A power dialer for the one person at a nonprofit who owns the donor list. Record the opening line once, in your own voice — not a synthetic one. DialRidge dials the list, plays it, and rings your phone only when a donor picks up and presses 1.
One person, one list, one price. No nonprofit rate, no application, no call to sales.

Every development office has the same three lists. They are worked by email because nobody has a spare afternoon to dial them. These are the calls DialRidge is for.
Everyone who gave last year and has not given this year. A two-minute call in October from the person they know beats a fourth email in December. Load the list, record the opening line once, and work it in one sitting.
The quietest revenue leak in the building. A failed card is not a lapsed donor; it is a donor who does not know. One call, one new card, and the gift resumes.
They bought the ticket, they sat through the programme, they liked it. The week after the gala is the call. Save the attendee list, record a greeting that names the event, and dial it while the evening is still fresh.
Not the day itself — the runway. The donors you call in the first half of November are the ones who show up on the day. A saved list per segment, each with its own opening line.
Each saved list carries its own opening line, recorded by you, in the browser, in about fifteen seconds. It is your actual recording — nothing is generated, cloned or synthesised.
The donor hears you, by name, saying why you are calling. A past-client list and a lapsed-donor list open differently, and they should.
DialRidge places the call and connects you only when the donor presses 1. You never sit through ringing, a voicemail greeting or a dead number.
Your template, their first name merged in, sent the moment a call goes unanswered. DialRidge only texts contacts with a consent record.
Outcome, duration, your note, and the callback you set — on the contact in DialRidge and, with Agile CRM connected, on the record there too.
Lists are built from a tag, a stage or a search, or imported straight from the spreadsheet your donor database exported. A built-in CRM comes with every account; Agile CRM connects today, and GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Zoho are in progress.
DialRidge does the parts software can actually do. For a donor list, these are the ones that come up.
Calls and texts are both held to 8am–8pm in the other person’s local time, worked out from their area code — tighter than the law requires, and on from your first day. A snowbird donor with a Boston number gets Boston hours. A call outside the window is refused, and the queue stops instead of marching on.
Your own do-not-call list. Add a number and it is skipped before the queue starts — it cannot be dialled around from inside a session. Board members, major-gift prospects handled by someone else, anyone who said “not by phone”: on the list once, skipped every time.
DialRidge only texts contacts with a consent record. Log where the permission came from, or publish your opt-in link — on the thank-you page, in the newsletter footer — and let donors record it themselves with a timestamp. A STOP reply suppresses that number automatically.
Off unless you switch it on. When you do, a recording disclosure you write is spoken to the other party before the call connects, and you choose how long recordings are kept — 30 days to a year, or for as long as your account is open. Deletion is permanent.
What this is not. DialRidge does not decide what the law requires of you. This is not National Do Not Call registry scrubbing, and a consent log is your note of a conversation, not proof the other person agreed. Consent, do-not-call and disclosure remain your obligations — for a charity as much as for anyone. The software just stops making them harder.
A political committee is a different case. Texting for political use needs carrier vetting DialRidge does not offer today, so political outreach is calling only. A 501(c)(3) raising money for its mission is not political, and this page is written for that.
DialRidge is calling software, not a compliance service. It gives you the controls; these stay your obligations, and it says so rather than implying otherwise.
Whether you may text a donor is yours to know. DialRidge refuses to text anyone without a record, and the record is your note, not proof.
Your list is the account’s own. Registry checks, if your calls need them, happen before the list is loaded.
If you record, you write the sentence the donor hears, and you are responsible for it being the right one in their state and yours.
8am–8pm in their time zone is a guardrail, not the rule. The hours that actually apply to a given call are yours to know.
A discount tier means an application, a verification and a renewal — administration on both sides. DialRidge has one plan for everyone, and the phone number you need in order to dial is priced on this page, not discovered at checkout.
