Two kinds of personal information move through DialRidge: yours, as our customer, and your prospects', which you bring with you. We handle them differently, and this page says exactly how.
Version 1.1 · Effective 8 September 2026 · AlphaGen LLC dba DialRidge
Changed in 1.1: a text-messaging consent and opt-in clause was added on 1 September 2026, and the call-recording retention section now describes the per-account retention period and self-service recording deletion released in September 2026. Version 1.0 (effective 26 August 2026) remains available on request.
We do not sell your data or your contacts' data, and we do not use it to train anything or to market to your prospects. We collect what running a dialer requires and no more. Your contact lists belong to you — we hold them so the product works, and you can export or delete them whenever you want.
AlphaGen LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as DialRidge (“DialRidge”, “we”, “us”), operates dialridge.com and the application at dialridge.app. Questions about this policy go to hello@dialridge.com.
For your account information, we are the controller. We decide what to collect and why, and this policy governs it.
For your contact lists, call recordings and messages, we are a processor acting for you. You decide whose numbers go into DialRidge, on what basis you may contact them, and how long you keep the results. We hold and process that data to run the service on your instructions. If one of your prospects asks us about their data, we will point them to you, because you are the business that contacted them — see section 8.
Account information you give us: your name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in readable form), workspace name, and your business details when you register for carrier (10DLC) messaging — business name, type, industry, address, EIN where you have one, and a mobile number for the verification code.
Contact data you bring: the names, phone numbers, companies, tags, notes, statuses, callbacks and any other fields you add to contacts in DialRidge, whether typed in, pasted, or synced from a CRM you connect.
Communications data the service generates: call logs (numbers, direction, time, duration, the outcome you logged), call recordings where recording is on, SMS message content and carrier delivery status, and usage counters for minutes and message segments.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and timestamps in server logs and security records — including the record of your acceptance of our Terms of Service, which stores your IP address and browser at the moment you accepted.
What we do not collect: we do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or behavioural profiling on this site or in the app. There are no advertising cookies.
The DialRidge app keeps your sign-in token in your browser's local storage — not in a tracking cookie — so you stay signed in. Clearing your browser storage signs you out. The marketing site loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers; we set no advertising or analytics cookies on either site.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use your contacts or your call content to train machine-learning models, and we do not market to the people in your lists.
Text messaging (SMS) consent and opt-in data. No mobile information — including a phone number provided for text messaging and the consent to receive texts — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties, and are used solely to send the messages you asked for. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help; message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
We use a small set of service providers, each handling only what their job requires:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a buyer in the event of a sale or merger of the business — in which case this policy continues to apply until you are told otherwise.
Account and contact data is kept while your account is open. When you close your account, tell us and we will delete your workspace data; otherwise we may keep it for a reasonable period in case you come back, and we keep what we need for tax, accounting and legal records.
Call recordings are retained while your account is open, unless you set a shorter retention period. You can set one in Settings, after which recordings older than that period are deleted automatically. You can also delete any individual recording yourself at any time from the Calls tab — deletion is immediate and permanent, and the audio cannot be recovered. If you want every recording on your account deleted, email us and we will do it. Contact records, call logs and message logs are retained while your account is open.
Acceptance records for our Terms are kept for as long as the agreement matters, which is the point of keeping them.
You can access, correct, export or delete your account information and your contact data at any time — most of it directly in the app, and the rest by emailing hello@dialridge.com. We will not charge you or make you justify the request, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
Depending on where you live you may have specific statutory rights — to know what we hold, to have it deleted, to correct it, to receive a portable copy, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights are yours and the email above is how to use them.
If you are a member of the public who received a call or text from a DialRidge customer: we did not choose to contact you and we do not control that decision. Ask the business that called you to remove you, and they must honour it. If you cannot identify them, email us with the number that called you and the approximate time and we will pass your request to the account holder.
Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it. Credentials you store for third-party services are held encrypted at rest where our encryption key is configured, and we treat that key as a required part of the deployment.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information we will tell you and any regulator that requires it, without unnecessary delay.
DialRidge is operated from the United States and your data is processed there. If you use the service from outside the US, you are sending your information to the US, where privacy law differs from your own.
DialRidge is a business tool sold to licensed professionals. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child's information has reached us, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Each version carries a version number and an effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle your information we will notify you rather than quietly reposting the page.

This policy covers what we do with information. It does not cover what you must do as the business placing the calls — consent, do-not-call, calling hours, recording disclosure and honouring opt-outs are yours, and our Terms of Service & Acceptable Use set out where that line falls. Nothing here is legal advice.
