Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

DialRidge gives you the dialing tools. You stay responsible for who you call, what you say, and the laws that apply where you are calling. This page says exactly where that line falls.

Version 1.1 · Effective 8 September 2026 · AlphaGen LLC dba DialRidge

Changed in 1.1: call recording, recording retention and recording deletion are now described, reflecting functionality released in September 2026. Version 1.0 (effective 25 August 2026) remains available on request.

The short version

DialRidge is calling software, not a compliance service. We do not obtain consent for you, we do not scrub do-not-call lists for you, and we do not decide whether a call you want to make is legal. You do. If you are not sure whether you may call someone, do not call them until you are.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and AlphaGen LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as DialRidge (“DialRidge”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of the DialRidge application at dialridge.app, the dialridge.com website, and any numbers, calls or messages you send through us.

By creating a DialRidge workspace, or by continuing to use one, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Who may use DialRidge

DialRidge is sold to licensed real estate and insurance professionals and to other business users making their own outbound business calls. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for holding, and keeping current, any licence or registration your calling activity requires — including any state telemarketing registration or bond that applies to you.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. What DialRidge does — and what it does not do

What we provide: an outbound dialer with a call queue, a press-1 bridge, browser softphone dialing, automatic SMS follow-up to unanswered calls, a built-in CRM with contacts, saved lists and callbacks, call recording, a message log, and usage reporting. On managed numbers we also provision the number and submit your carrier (10DLC) registration.

What we do not provide. To be explicit, because our earlier marketing was not: DialRidge does not obtain or verify consent on your behalf; does not maintain, check or scrub federal, state or internal do-not-call lists; does not determine which states require all-party consent to record or route your calls based on that; does not enforce calling-hour restrictions; does not automatically detect or process opt-out requests; and does not guarantee that any recording disclosure is played on any given call.

Where DialRidge offers a setting that can help you — such as the spoken intro line played before the press-1 prompt — that setting is yours to configure and yours to keep accurate. We may pre-fill a suggested default. You can edit it, replace it or clear it, and its content is your responsibility.

4. Your compliance responsibilities

You are solely responsible for complying with every law that applies to your calls and messages. That includes, at minimum:

5. Acceptable use

You may not use DialRidge to:

We may suspend or terminate an account immediately, without notice, if we believe it is being used in violation of this section, if a carrier or regulator requires it, or if the traffic threatens the integrity of our platform or our carrier relationships.

6. Phone numbers

Numbers we provision for you are allocated subject to carrier and regulatory rules and are not your property. You may be able to port a number out subject to carrier requirements. Numbers may be reclaimed if your account is closed or unpaid, or if a carrier requires it. If you connect your own Twilio account instead, that relationship and its charges are between you and Twilio.

7. Recordings, messages and your data

Call recordings, contact records, call logs and message logs are retained while your account is open. You can delete any individual call recording yourself at any time from the Calls tab, and you can set a shorter retention period for recordings in Settings, after which they are deleted automatically. Deleting a recording is immediate and permanent — the audio is removed and cannot be recovered. Export anything you need to keep before you delete it or close your account. You may also request deletion of all recordings on your account by emailing hello@dialridge.com.

Your contacts and call content belong to you. We process them to operate the service and we do not sell them. Where you connect a third-party CRM, you authorise us to send and receive data with that system on your behalf, and that system's own terms apply to it.

You are the party responsible for the personal information in your account — including having a lawful basis to hold it and responding to any request a consumer makes about it.

8. Fees, usage and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of calls, SMS segments and voice minutes; usage beyond your allotment is billed at the rates shown on our pricing page, and your projected charge is visible in the app under Usage at all times.

There is no minimum term and no notice period. Email hello@dialridge.com to cancel; you will not be billed again and you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for.

We handle refunds case by case. Phone number provisioning and carrier registration charges are passed through to third-party carriers when your number goes live and are not recoverable, so they cannot be refunded.

9. Service availability

DialRidge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that calls or messages will always be delivered, or that carriers will not filter or block your traffic. Telephony depends on third parties we do not control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialRidge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless DialRidge and AlphaGen LLC from any claim, penalty, fine, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your calls or messages, your contact lists, your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law — including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing statutes, do-not-call rules, recording-consent laws and carrier messaging requirements.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version carries a version number and an effective date, and we keep a record of which version each customer accepted and when. If we make a material change we will notify you and ask you to accept the new version. Continuing to use DialRidge after a material change takes effect means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
