LAUNCH50 — $64/mo all-in for your first year · first 50 agents

Only talk to people who actually want to talk to you.

DialRidge works your list so you don’t. It skips the ringing, the voicemail greetings and the dead numbers — your phone rings only when a real person picks up and presses 1. Everyone who doesn’t answer gets your text, automatically.

CRM-agnostic: works with the CRM you already use, or the one built in.

Built for the way you actually work

Dial the list. Talk to the answers.

Load a list, press start, and DialRidge works the queue — bridging live answers to your phone and texting the ones that don’t pick up. You handle the conversations; it handles the dialing.

📞

Your phone rings on “1” — never on ringing

DialRidge places the call, reads the intro you wrote, and connects you only when the lead presses 1. You never sit through a dial tone, a voicemail greeting or a dead line.

Work while it dials

The queue keeps running in the background. Update a contact, write a note, work your callbacks — the screen is yours until a live answer rings your phone.

💬

The no-answers get texted

Your template, with their first name merged in, sent the moment a call goes unanswered. No separate texting tool to pay for.

One tap ends every call

Answered, voicemail, callback, bad number, not interested, sale. Tap once and the contact’s status updates itself, with the outcome on their timeline. Tap Callback and it goes straight onto your Callbacks list — tomorrow, in three days, next week, or a date you pick.

Pricing

One agent. One price. The number is in the number.

Most power dialers are priced for teams — per-seat minimums, sales-org tiers, onboarding calls. DialRidge is built for one licensed agent working their own list, and the phone number you need in order to dial is priced on this page, not discovered at checkout.

How calls work

You set it once. It runs the same way every time.

Pick how you dial — straight through the browser softphone, or press-1 bridge, where DialRidge places the call, reads your intro line, and rings your phone the moment the lead presses 1. Anyone who doesn’t answer gets your follow-up text automatically.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Which CRMs does DialRidge work with?

Every account includes a built-in CRM — contacts, saved lists, callbacks and a per-contact timeline — so you can dial on day one without connecting anything. The Agile CRM connector is available now. GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Zoho are in progress and plug into the same adapter, so adding one doesn’t change how you dial.

Who is responsible for TCPA and do-not-call compliance?

You are. DialRidge is calling software, not a compliance service — we do not obtain consent, scrub do-not-call lists, enforce calling hours, or decide whether a call is lawful. Our Terms of Service & Acceptable Use set out exactly where that line falls. Nothing here is legal advice.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. DialRidge is billed month to month with no minimum term and no notice period. Email hello@dialridge.com to cancel and you won’t be billed again — you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for.

Do I need a phone number, and is it included?

Yes, you need a number — a dialer cannot place calls without one — and it is not included in the $59 platform fee. Either take a managed number from us at $25 per number, per month (that is the $84/mo all-in price at the top of this page), or connect a Twilio account you already own and pay Twilio directly for the number and its usage. Carrier charges for provisioning and 10DLC registration are passed through at cost either way.

What does the managed-numbers add-on do?

For $25 per number, per month we provision your calling number and run the 10DLC carrier registration for you — including the sole-proprietor path if you don’t have an EIN — so you skip the carrier-registration headache.

What’s your refund policy?

We handle refunds case by case. If something went wrong on our end, tell us and we’ll make it right. The one thing we cannot return is phone number provisioning and carrier registration fees — those are passed straight through to the carriers the moment your number goes live and are not recoverable.
