Renewals, new leads, past clients and the ones who went quiet. Record the opening line once, in your own voice — not a synthetic one. DialRidge dials the list, plays it, and rings your phone only when a real person picks up and presses 1.
Built by an agent who dials his own list. One person, one list, one price.
DialRidge dials your list. Your phone rings only when a real person picks up and presses 1.
Record your opening line once, in your browser. It plays on every call.
An automatic text from your own template to the ones who didn't pick up — only to contacts with a consent record, by default.
Calls and texts are held to 8am–8pm in the other person's local time.
A number on it is skipped before the queue starts.
Add a note while you're still talking. When the call ends, set the outcome, move the stage or set a callback.
One plan. $59/mo with your own Twilio, or $84/mo all-in with a number from us.

Dialing a fresh lead and dialing someone you sold to four years ago are not the same call, and they shouldn’t open with the same sentence. Save a list, record the opening line that belongs to it, and DialRidge plays the right one.
This month’s anniversaries, tagged or imported from a spreadsheet, worked in one sitting.
Fresh inbound, or a list you bought. Get to them while they still remember filling in the form.
The book you already have. The calls you know you should make and never get to.
No-answers and old follow-ups. The list everybody has and nobody works.
Each saved list carries its own opening line, recorded by you, in the browser, in about fifteen seconds. It is your actual recording — nothing is generated, cloned or synthesised.
They hear you, by name, saying why you are calling. A renewal list and a new-lead list open differently, and they should.
DialRidge places the call and connects you only when the client presses 1. You never sit through ringing, a voicemail greeting or a dead number.
Your template, their first name merged in, sent the moment a call goes unanswered. DialRidge only texts contacts with a consent record.
Outcome, duration, your note, and the callback you set — on the contact in DialRidge and, with Agile CRM connected, on the record there too.
Lists are built from your pipeline stage, a tag, or a search — or imported straight from a spreadsheet. A built-in CRM comes with every account.
Two ways to get your list in
Export from any spreadsheet, CRM or database. Match your columns to ours, check the counts, then import — nothing is written until you confirm.
Agile CRM, Zoho and HubSpot connect today. GoHighLevel is in progress, with more on the way. Your call notes go back onto the contact in your CRM, and callbacks can go back as tasks. Agile CRM lists load straight from a tag; from Zoho or HubSpot, look up any contact to call, or export a CSV for a full list.
Most dialers leave all of this to you. DialRidge does the parts software can actually do.
Calls and texts are both held to 8am–8pm in the other person’s local time, worked out from their area code — tighter than the law requires, and on from your first day. A call outside the window is refused, and the queue stops instead of marching on. The override is recorded against your name and expires by itself.
Add a number and it is skipped before the queue starts. It cannot be dialled around from inside a session.
DialRidge only texts contacts with a consent record. Log where the permission came from, or publish your opt-in link and let people record it themselves with a timestamp. A STOP reply suppresses the number automatically.
Off unless you switch it on. When you do, a recording disclosure you write is spoken to the other party before the call connects, and you choose how long recordings are kept — 30 days to a year, or for as long as your account is open. Deletion is permanent.
What this is not. DialRidge does not decide what the law requires of you. This is not National Do Not Call registry scrubbing, and a consent log is your note of a conversation, not proof the other person agreed. Consent, do-not-call and disclosure remain your obligations. The software just stops making them harder.
Most power dialers are priced for teams — per-seat minimums, sales-org tiers, onboarding calls. DialRidge is built for one person working their own list, and the phone number you need in order to dial is priced on this page, not discovered at checkout.
